Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical
products to healthcare professionals, including Doctors, Retailers, and hospitals. The Medical
Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide
product information, and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned
   territory.
2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and
   other healthcare professionals.
3. Present product information and conduct product demonstrations to healthcare
   professionals.
4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pharmaceutical products, including
   indications, contraindications, side effects, and dosage.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
   identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
7. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer
   feedback.
8. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other promotional events to enhance product
   visibility and market presence.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and
   initiatives.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
